Position: Sales Manager – Automotive Paint Protection Film, Window Tint Film, and Car Wrap Film

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in automotive paint protection films, window tint films, and car wrap films. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the automotive film industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, including market trends and potential customer needs.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in automotive paint protection films, window tint films, or car wrap films is required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Familiarity with automotive detailing and film installation processes.
• Established network within the automotive film industry.
