- Welcome each and every guest into the restaurant,
- Do your part to take, prepare and process their custom orders,
- Be part of the team, support, help, listen and encourage each other,
- You and your Shift Leader are empowered to resolve guest complaints,
- And, as a team ensure supplies are stocked, the restaurant and equipment is clean and all operational, safety and employee procedures are followed.

- Must be at least 14 years of age or older.
- Per state law employees operating a meat slicer must be at least 18 years of age.
- Everyone needs a food handler's permit when they start of the ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting.
- Successful team members are service oriented with not only the guest, but also your team members. Respect and kindness are a must.
- A good team player will communicate consistently, be able to comfortably interact with customers, handle service issues that may arise in a professional manner, and be able to take initiative and problem solve.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Stand for long periods of time,
- Bend and stoop,
- Work around heat,
- Work in close quarters with others,
- Move throughout the restaurant to perform assigned tasks,
- Lift up to 50 pounds, and
- Work with various cleaning products.
