ProRecruiters is seeking an Experienced

Industrial Facilities Tech

to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Report all activities and navigate proficiently through the maintenance CMMS system
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, generators, and all facility equipment
• Comply with all LOTO procedures
• Familiar with and comply with all Red Tag Permit Instructions per the Insurance company
• Troubleshoot a variety of building infrastructure systems
• Ensure preventative measures are satisfying safety standards
• Perform monthly inspections on all production equipment and replacement parts
• Collaborate with building management toward the renovation and improvement of facility systems
• Report maintenance metrics to management

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license to be able to drive to different locations within the Port
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate and interchange with others within the department
