Position: Bilingual Leasing Concierge

Location: Lake Worth, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous leasing or related experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct property and unit tours for potential tenants.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person about available units, lease terms, and property features.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.
• Prepare and review lease agreements, explaining terms and conditions.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, leases, and maintenance requests.
• Provide occupancy reports and updates to property managers.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
• Enforce property rules and address lease violations.
• Process and track rent payments, following up on late accounts.

Position Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.
• Experience with property management software and office applications.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
