Position: IT Support Technician

Pay: $21/hour

Experience: 2 years of technical support experience is required

Education: Industry-related certifications preferred but not required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

HB Staffing is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide technical support at County facilities, ensuring smooth operation of technology systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, document resolutions and escalate requests to appropriate service areas as needed
• Assist with the provisioning, setup and deployment of County-issued technology devices
