Some who can take initiative its a must As the Scheduler, your primary role is answering phones coordinating client/caregiver schedules while providing a high standard of customer service. Job Type: Full time position-8:00am-4:00pm Compensation: $24.00 per hour DOE Education and Experience * High School Diploma required * Prior experience in home health care or related field is preferred. * Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and technical aptitude to proficiently use health care programs. * Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written communication skills with clients, families and personnel. * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. * Strong time management skills, problem-solving and above average attention to detail.
