Position: Administrative Clerk Location: Puyallup, WA Pay: $25/hour Experience: 6 months of customer service or administrative experience required Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Logic Staffing is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate channels.
• Handle HR-related tasks, such as conducting certification checks and background checks.
• Restock and audit office inventory as needed.
• Operate and maintain office equipment efficiently.

Position Requirements:

• Must have basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work respectfully and supportively with individuals who are developmentally disabled.
• Patience and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to communicate across language barriers.
• Comfortable working in a calm and supportive office environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to comply with company policy.
