Position: Warehouse Lead

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay: $25/hour

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehousing, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
• Experience with shipping FEDEX, UPS, and DHL

Education: Ability to obtain Forklift certification within 30 days of starting

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule; 6.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Greene Resources is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Schedule outbound trucks (LTL, FTL, and parcel packages)
• Perform daily and weekly inventory cycle counts and audits
• Follow GMP procedures for storing raw and packaging materials
• Collaborate with team members for continuous improvements
• Monitor warehouse ERP dashboard to resolve issues
• Prepare routine reports and manage shipping and receiving files
• Maintain shipping and receiving materials, check stock levels, and place orders
• Assist in resolving daily shipping and receiving discrepancies
• Manage small-pack shipment processes
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in INCO terms, shipping documents (Bill of Ladings, Packing Lists, Delivery Notes), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Strong math skills and Excel proficiency
• Experienced in coordinating logistics with 3PL partners, especially in the food and CPG industries
• Highly organized, with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable to shifting responsibilities in a growing start-up, with a team-oriented mindset
