Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Barstow, CA

Pay: $28/hour

Experience: Prior experience working in housing units and/or apartments is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift

HB Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Clean, repair, and paint units.
• Patch and repair walls.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing systems in units.
• Replace and repair windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
