Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Bulk Operations:

* Proficient in intermediate computer skills

* A proactive team player who takes initiative, devises solutions, and is results-driven

* Exceptional communicator, demonstrating consistency in words and actions while engaging directly and honestly

* Skilled in responding to sensitive inquiries or complaints with care

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter and maintain precise purchase orders in the system for bulk delivery operations

* Verify purchase order details, including quantities, pricing, and vendor information

* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm and monitor delivery schedules

* Process incoming bulk deliveries in collaboration with warehouse and delivery teams

* Reconcile delivered goods with purchase orders, addressing discrepancies promptly

* Update inventory systems with new product arrivals

* Maintain accurate records of all transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries

* Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies

* Prepare reports on delivery schedules, billing statuses, and inventory levels

* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth bulk delivery operations

* Address inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Other duties as assigned
