• Oversee and manage team of purchasing and accounts payable analysts.
• Responsible for purchase order processing, vendor payments, cost tracking and variance analysis
• Perform weekly payment runs
• Help with ERP implementation (NetSuite) *Extract data and analyze in bulk*
• Drive system improvements and automations to streamline reporting on costs committed and incurred.
• Manage the process of invoicing (avg 300 per week)
• Track and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Provide cash outflow reporting and projections
• Implement system improvements and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings.
• Manage vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary data is collected and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze purchasing data and metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
• Initiate wires and payments as needed
• Support ad-hoc requests from Accounting or FP&A team and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable and/or procure to pay
• Ability to extract data and analyze ERP information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
