Description A Customer Service Booth employee is responsible assisting customers, and overseeing the front-line. Duties may include operating a point of sales register, bagging groceries, answering the phone, selling money orders, issuing refunds, counting and balancing drawers, and most importantly; providing excellent customer service. Primary Duties:
- Set the example: provide friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service.
- Assist customers with questions and requests.
- Operating point of sales register - ringing groceries, counting change, balancing drawer.
- Assist with front-line operations.
- Answering the phone.
- Sell money orders.
- Issue product refunds.
- Count and balance drawers.
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and complete required cleaning to ensure work areas and displays are kept neat and clean.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Report to work when scheduled and on time.
Requirements Qualifications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and lift up to 10 pounds constantly to move product.
- Must be able to carefully operate equipment necessary to perform job.
