Take inbound calls and assist customers with service, quote and sell policies, make outbound calls to potential clients, work both cold and warm leads provided by the agency. This is an in person position. Must be able to be in office 5 days a week from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. * Valid insurance license required for the job position.
