We are currently recruiting an energetic, detailed-oriented, and motivated Software Developer with in-depth knowledge of C# .NET. This person will be developing desktop-based software products that will encompass heavy front-end and back-end development. We are looking for someone who is self-directing, loves learning, and enjoys collaborating on tough challenges with smart people.Responsibilities

Responsible for writing the code (or modules) independently for the application.

Participate in specifying the functions, methods and events needed for the program.

Carry out the debugging and troubleshooting of all programs.

Develop applications based on functional specifications.

Identify and communicate technical problems/solutions.

Create basic user manuals to be used by the end users.

Provide end user technical support on the applications use once the application is released.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Minimum 3-5 years application development and integration experience using Microsoft technologies (e.g., C#.NET, WinForms, LINQ, SQL Server, T-SQL, Visual Studio).

SAP Crystal Reports experience.

Working knowledge of Telerik Controls for .Net applications.

Experience with source control tools like TFS and Azure DevOps.

Strong business analysis/needs assessment skills; must be comfortable and effective working directly with end users.

Strong customer service skills; able to resolve requests professionally and effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment, while interacting with other IT Department staff, business users, and senior management.

Ability to work well in a team environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle several projects simultaneously.

Education

BS/BA/MS in Computer/Information Systems
