***Onboarding Specialist***

About the client:
Our client offers solutions in support of surface mining equipment fleets, crushing and materials processing and mobile construction equipment fleets.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for data entry, management, and audit for sensitive information related to our employees
- Responsible for working with new hires in the pre-boarding and onboarding process to make sure all information is accurate and company is compliant with employment laws
- Inputs, maintains, audits, extracts, manipulates, and analyzes confidential HR data (i.e., Recruitment, Talent Management & Employee Records)
- Assists coordinators and supervisors with accurate and timely completion of employee skill assessments and performance reviews
- Support HR team with annual performance management & pay planning processes
- Coordinates New Hire Orientation
- Completes employment eligibility documentation, including I-9's and E-Verify in a timely manner
- Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR contact
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an HR Coordinator, On boarding specialist, office manager or administrative assistant who handle onboarding and documentations.
- Will manage the employees entire onboarding process from soup to nuts.
- HRIS is SAP Success Factors - not a requirement, can teach.
