Parts Counter Associate. Location: Basil Volkswagen, 6179 South Transit Road, Lockport NY, 14094 Parts Counter Associate Compensation: $20-$25/ hour (Based on experience, location, store franchise and volume)Schedule: Part Time 3-day work week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - Some Saturdays as Needed. Parts Counter Associate Job Duties and qualifications:Engaging promptly with customers in both a retail and service department setting, selecting required parts while providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service. Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs. Answering telephone calls punctually and considerately to make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry. Attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders. Stock incoming inventory in the correct location. Provide outstanding customer service experience to drive loyalty.
