St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.Duties:Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and proceduresComplete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their familiesProvide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requestsMaintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulationsMaintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingMaintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department recordsMaintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as requiredRequirements:Must hold valid RN LicenseLong Term Care ExperienceBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skills and strong team playerAbout Us:St. Patrick's Home is a Faith-Based facility located in the northwest section of the Bronx, bordering scenic Van Cortlandt Park.
