Responsibilities:

Supervise audit, review, and compilation engagements, resolving accounting issues under the guidance of the Audit Manager or Director.

Perform some tasks independently, direct staff, review their work, and provide necessary guidance for revisions.

Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits as directed by the audit director, including risk assessment.

Prepare complex work papers, draft financial statements, and management letters; report progress regularly to Audit Manager and Audit Director.

Supervise audit staff, providing on-the-job training and reviewing their work.

Benefits:

Overtime paid at time and a half.

80% of Healthcare premiums paid.

15% referral fee for bringing in new clients.

Salary is market-based with overtime and merit increases.
