You will complete an interview with a patient and finalize a UAS assessment to determine eligibility for Long Term Care services. You will be scheduled for a maximum of 2-3 initial and/or reassessment appointments daily within your travel area (depending on your preference). This is a direct hire placement onto Med-Scribe's growing UAS Assessor team, with Health and Vision insurance available. Current openings include: (Nurses residing in within the boroughs of New York will be assigned within a smaller region / neighborhood based on their home zip code.) Onondaga / Oneida / Lower Herkimer Bronx - Park Chester, Baychester, Fordham Belmont, Yankee Stadium, Morrisania, and University Heights - East Tremont Manhattan - Upper East / West side, and Harlem East / West.
