Success in this position is measured by the impact on the customer's requirements, the value they see in our solutions, and growth in Sayari's relationships and accounts with its clients.We are a hybrid workplace and welcome candidates who prefer flexible work from home and/or office. This position will require periodic in-person meetings with customers and the rest of the Sayari team.Job Responsibilities:
- Master all aspects of Sayari's products, including features, functionality, and uses in support of Sayari's ideal commercial customer profiles
- Be a trusted partner for our customers, helping them leverage Sayari products and expertise to identify and mitigate risks in their supply chains and third-party ecosystems
- Understand client workflows and regulatory best practices in order to diagnose key pain points and effectively position Sayari products
- Develop and deliver innovative, complex capability briefs that address priority challenges and needs of clients
- Manage discovery, trials, and technical evaluations with enterprise prospects
- Be able to think critically and flexibly, developing creative solutions within broader third-party risk management workflows
- Be the key conduit for product feedback and client requirements to drive learnings back into Sayari's Product team
- Coordinate across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure we are driving positive outcomes for our clients
- Maintain expertise and develop novel approaches to address critical and emerging priorities of Sayari clients and prospectsSkills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a practitioner in Trade Compliance, Export Control, or Supply Chain Risk Management or a relevant industry segment
- 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions in Software or Data Analytics
- Strong knowledge of business and regulatory landscapes related to Trade Compliance, Export Control, or Supply Chain Risk Management
- Working knowledge of SaaS Cloud Software
- Ability to lead a presentation to decision makers and communicate in an engaging and persuasive way
- Professional fluency in Chinese, Russian, or Spanish (would be a plus)$100,000 - $120,000 a yearThe target base salary for this position is $100,000-$120,000 plus variable bonus and equity.
