What you'll do... Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates; communicating goals andfeedback; training associates on processes and procedures; providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches andtechniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines; ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures; supporting the Open Door Policy; and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following procedures for forklift spotting andhandling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company steel standard guidelines; and correcting and reporting unsafe situations tomanagement.
