**Description:**

**Position Purpose:**

Provides Wellness Center support through monitoring of weight room, new member orientations, customer service, facility maintenance and assisting at front desk.

**What you will Do:**

+ Monitors membership sign-in log to assure active memberships.

+ Monitors for safe use of equipment and intervenes and educates as necessary.

+ Completes orientation packets.

+ Answers telephones, answers questions, and directs concerns.

+ Cleans wood flooring, clean and organizes hand weights, mats and steps, and monitors linens and assures sufficient supplies available for members.

+ Adheres to all safety, infection control, and employee health policies and procedures.

**Hours/Schedule:**

_.001 FTE; PRN/registry; will work approximately 10 hours per week; flexible schedule options available._

**Minimum** **Qualifications:**

+ Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff, and physicians while performing their job duties.

+ Experience using weight and cardiovascular equipment.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks.

+ Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

+ Ability to convey a positive image and build positive relationships with others.

+ BLS, & Mandatory Reporter.
