What You'll Do as a 1-on-1 Caregiver

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home or community.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Help clients achieve their personal goals by implementing teaching strategies, social skills development, and community involvement.
• Promote independence and a sense of accomplishment through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
