10006 - Manager, NetworkLocation: Fountain Valley, CAPurpose: The Network Manager manages internal and external Network and telecommunications engineers and systems administrators. They develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures. The Network Manager collaborates with other departments to prioritize internal needs including voice, data, and/or video communication. They evaluate results within the business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met, and analyze and resolve issues and needs as related to cost, design, and implementation of telecommunication networks/systems.Essential Functions:

Support development of annual Business Action Plans and OpEx budget for the section

Implement policies, procedures and standards to meet customer SLA's

Define and secure approval for resources required to meet goals

Prioritize and schedule major projects

Manage Voice and Data staff

Promote security awareness and compliance throughout the department

Research and evaluate new technologies

Direct, attend and participate in staff meetings and related activities

Attend workshops to keep up to date with Information Technology issues

Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Identify risks and prepare short, mid and long-term action plans

Be on-call 24x7 for operational support response and management for P1/P2 major incidentsRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

10 years of directly related technical experience, including 4 years of management experience.

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Superior problem-solving skills

Ability to interface with all levels of management

In-depth understanding of data and voice network design and architecture.Preferred Certifications:

Cisco, Palo Alto, and or ITIL certifications or equivalent demonstrable experience preferred.

Cloud (AWS, Azure) certification a plus.Salary Range: $112,830 - 157,960 - 173,756 #J-18808-Ljbffr
