**Responsibilities**

Working a 12.5-hour, 4 days on, 4 days off scheduled night shift (6:30 to 7:00), the process line operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity. And to provide support to the Line Lead.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Safety: Near-miss and BBS reporting participation

+ Meet productivity standards

+ Complete required documentation

+ Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine

+ Adjust machinery as needed

**Qualifications**

+ A high Diploma or GED equivalent required

+ Prior manufacturing experience in a fast-paced automated environment.

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Recent manufacturing experience

+ positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required

+ Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining high attention to detail
