Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-availability, scalable network architectures across data centers, ensuring performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Manage BGP-based multi-homing configurations.
• Deploy and optimize Cisco solutions (ASR routers, Nexus 9000 switches, IOS-XE, NX-OS).
• Implement robust load-balancing solutions for seamless traffic distribution.
• Utilize automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform to streamline network deployments and management.
• Develop workflows leveraging REST API, RESTCONF, and NETCONF for seamless integration.
• Work on Software-Defined Networking (SDN) with Cisco ACI and NSX to design and manage modern data center environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, deploy, and enhance the network.

Skills/Must Have

• Extensive experience designing and deploying high-availability network solutions, with in-depth expertise in BGP, OSPF, and Nexus-based configurations.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform) is critical
• Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines
• Working with API-based technologies like REST API.
• A strong background in SDN solutions (Cisco ACI, NSX) and expertise in advanced load-balancing platforms such as F5 is required
• Familiarity with containerised environments (Kubernetes) and data encoding standards (YAML, JSON) will also be highly beneficial.
• CCIE certification (or equivalent) is essential, demonstrating your ability to deliver robust and scalable network solutions in a high-pressure environment.
