This position is responsible forproducing quality packages per specifications.

• To properly arrange and place product into conveyor cavities.

• Rearrange messy looking drafts.

• Start and stop machine to control product flow.

• Aside ends and pieces.

• Shingle drafts properly for arranger. Straighten rows, etc.

• Aside ends and pieces, scraps, off color or off grade products.

• Form and stamp cartons, pack carton per specifications.

• Inspect packages while packing.

• Maintain production volume.

• Peel salami/pepperoni

• Cut pepperoni/salamis off the rack.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)
