Midway Staffing is looking for dedicated individuals with excellent math skills who are proficient in measuring and detail-oriented. As a coater with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for our clients.Responsibilities: Sets up rolls on Coating tower (horizontal, PTFE, and/or calendar) and records allpertinent information on the run-sheet.Runs the coating towers based on the predetermined processing parameters.Ensures quality product is being produced by making the necessary adjustments to thecoating tower and checking quality throughout the process.Maintains the towers and the immediate area to keep the department neat and orderly including following cleaning procedures.Sets up the rolls on the coating towers in preparation for the next day production schedule.Correctly completes all inventory transactions in the ERP system.Qualifications:Technical Knowledge: Language skills. Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.Mathematical skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs in order to create mixes and monitor towers.Knowledge of all aspects pertaining to PTFE and solvent coating onto fiberglass and other substrateVery basic computer skills. Ability to learn and use AFC software as it applies to the jobLocation: Lake in the HillsPay Rate: $18 (2nd shift - $2.50 differential and 3rd shift - $3 differential)Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM / Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and grow with us, apply now!
