1st Shift Custodian - Litehouse : Job Details

Pay is $18.13/hourBasic Purpose and Scope: The Custodian position provides housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds Core Values Culture Service:

Responsible for driving the Litehouse culture through company core values

Accountable for outstanding Customer service to all internal and external Customers

Develop and maintain effective relationships through collaboration and consistent timely communication

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies - Always

Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the facility to ensure a positive image for Employee Owners and guests 100%

May clean and maintain grounds and parking lots, including tasks such as snow or sand removal Ongoing

Clean the facility, including employee restrooms Ongoing

Ensure cleaning and other supplies are stocked and organized Ongoing

Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds Ongoing

Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor Ongoing

Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements Ongoing

Other activities and duties as assigned - Ongoing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM WORK:

Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred

Certifications:

Experience: One to three months related experience preferred

Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently

Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company
