Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a Taylor Company, is seeking a 1st Shift Production Hand Packager who is experienced in hand assembly and/or kitting processes to work in our Arden Hills, Minnesota location. Your Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret job information on order to determine production operation
• Insert statements and other related materials into envelopes for mailing
• Make continuous quality checks throughout assembly
• Troubleshoot simple issues that might occur during the shift
• Report problems or concerns with quality results with senior management immediately
• Place letters/packages into bins to be shipped once inserted
• Must fully understand and show ability to utilize job instructions, documentation, and quality procedures. Understand Count mode processing
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations

Your Shift:

• 6am to 2pm Monday - Friday

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment is good, but not required. (Training will take place to train you to run the equipment)
• Basic computer skills (open, save, print a file, enter data)
