Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4p:00pm Role Description: Responsible for quality and timeliness of resolution to issues related to inbound receipts, returns and transfers, and customer service relation communications Generate QA reports and make recommendations to optimize accuracy and quality processes to reduce defects and errors Identify, develop, and implement department improvements to drive operational successes. Able to manage different projects and tasks assigned Monitor department and oversee the day-to-day operations to meet SLA deadlines Understanding of department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and able to speak to performance Review and coach employees' performance to department KPIs Accurately input, audit and research results in the various WMS systems utilized. Investigate and resolve defect items, and report trends to management Ensure timely processing of Mark Out of Stock / RTVs / Sell-Off / Store-to-Store transfers as they relate to Quality Control Respond to all CSR product inquiries or website variances Perform other duties as directed as by management Daily / consistent use of Quality systems such as JIRA, PIM, and SynQ Manage and respond in timely manner to all administrative tasks such as emails and slack messages Professionally communicate with both internal and external stakeholders Maintain supplies and housekeeping in Quality Assurance areas. Perform inventory audits on a scheduled basis according to standard operating procedures Identify and report non-inventory conforming units to leadership Work in an efficient manner to help ensure the team reaches productivity goals Operate the inventory management system accurately within the published productivity standards Be cross functional within the department and work for other departments as needed Must be able to work independently and maintain a neat and organized work area Key Qualifications: Minimum of a high school education. 3-5 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or direct to consumer inventory control function, preferably in an automated environment. Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Must have understanding of the English language both written and verbal Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process. Dependable, work with a sense of urgency; Flexible in work hours. Essential, sustainable physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs, manual dexterity, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
