With a competitive pay rate of$31/hour, and 4 day work week this is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals ready to take their expertise to the next level!What's the Job?As aSr. Repair Station Assembler, you'll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects, rotating between various project cells. One day, you could be working on high-power assemblies; the next, handling flight-critical products. This flexible role offers a chance to work on multiple exciting projects while mentoring and training others.What You'll Be DoingPerform advanced assembly and rework tasks like wire splicing, crimping, lead/lead-free soldering, and component removalWork with complex assemblies, including high-power, flight-critical, and APC productsMentor and train other assemblers in rework and soldering applicationsSet up and adjust equipment while maintaining tight tolerances to technical specifications (drawings, schematics, etc.)Collaborate with development and manufacturing engineering teams as neededWork from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and componentsSupport pre-production projects by performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasksAssist with NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering projects when requiredWhy This Role RocksFour days on, three days off!: Enjoy a 1st Shift schedule,Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, giving you more time for life outside of work.Competitive pay: Starting at$31/hour.Direct hire, full-time benefits: No temp contracts—this is a permanent position with room for growth.You're the expert: You'll have the opportunity to shine and lead others with your experience and skills.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 3+ years in advanced assembly and solderingCertifications: If you already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torquing certifications, that's awesome! If not, don't worry—you'll earn those, plus IPC-A-610 and more.Problem-solving skills: You can spot and fix issues quickly and efficiently.Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR: This is required for eligibility.What to ExpectBefore joining our team, you'll need to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including cannabis).
