JL Schwieters has been a family owned Framing company since 1980 and a leader in the prefabricated wall and floor industry since 2000. We are now entering the Truss market with a brand new, 144,000 sq. ft. facility and will need assemblers to help us launch this new plant!

At this point we would like to see candidates with Truss Assembly experience, but we are also open to candidates with wall/floor assembly experience as well as candidates with framing experience. We may also be willing to train the right candidates as well candidates who can do the following:

* Ability to use a nail gun

* Can read a tape measure
