ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: - Experience with supporting and coaching teachers - Clear Teaching Credential in the content areas: Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Special Education, Industry Sector for CTE - English Learner Authorization - Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree preferred -Three (3) RECENT Letters of Recommendation (RECENT - written in the last 12 months) ATTRIBUTES: - Adult Development (prioritizing the growth of teachers) - Relationship Building (caring, trusting, and supporting relationships) - Motivating and Mobilizing (facilitating the growth and achievement of teachers) - Supervising and Monitoring Teaching and Learning (enhancing teacher effectiveness to support the mission of the school) - Resource Utilization (modeling effective methods to increase community and parent involvement)Seeking referrals from districts for effective practicum supervisors to support IMPACT Intern Teachers in Fresno, Kern, Kings, and Tulare Counties.
