Qualifications

• Currently studying Law or Risk Management and within commuting distance to our NY offices
• Strong interest in claims management
• Organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Regular and reliable job attendance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibit respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships
• Independent judgement in evaluation options to make sound decisions
• In office/open office environment with the ability to work effectively surrounded by moderate noise

Internship Details

• We will work with interns that have a need to work different start and end dates.
• All interns will work in the office Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 5:00 pm (32 hours weekly). Interns will not be paid for time off or observed holidays. Internships are non-exempt positions and are not eligible for employee benefits.
• Office location: RiverStone Resources, LLC; 119 North Park Avenue, 4th Floor; Rockville Centre, NY 11570
• All applicants should be 18 years and older and a rising college sophomore or above to apply.
• All interns will apply through Jobvite and be interviewed by human resources and the hiring manager by phone and/or video.
• This is an in-house internship only.

This opportunity is located in our Manchester, NH office.Interns will work 32 hours a week, Monday through Thursday 8:30-5:00.

You will learn how to apply your classroom experience in a business setting. During the internship period you will learn different systems and processes in your department. You will receive training on day to day operations of the RiverStone Group and your department to be successful in your role.

Required Education

All applicants should be a rising college sophomore or above to apply. Applicants should be 18 years or older.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position operates in a professional, collaborative environment and must have the ability to timely produce thorough, accurate work with many competing demands, deadlines, and distractions. The position uses standard equipment such as phones, computers, copiers/printers and filing cabinets. Noise level is moderate.
