About the Role / What You Will Do? Caterpillar's STEM Student Trainee program seeks students currently enrolled in High STEM courses and/or participation in STEM clubs to work alongside engineering professionals to learn and apply themselves to project work within their teams. STEM Student Trainees will have assignments that provide them with experience and significant learning opportunities.
