2025 Summer Associate, Client & Product Solutions - Apollo : Job Details

Position Overview Your responsibilities will include: At Apollo, we work as one team, partnering across regions and disciplines to share the perspectives and insights that lead us to exceptional opportunities. You'll partner with junior and senior level professionals on a range of projects across the team. You'll also

• Help draft marketing materials including but not limited to: fund and/or investor-specific presentations, white papers and annual meeting presentations
• Work in coordination with sales professionals and other members of the marketing team to assist in the growth of existing and new products.
• Attend investor update meetings, gaining exposure to the Firm's global, diverse institutional investor base.
• Assist with responding to investor requests including DDQs, data templates, fund and firm investment updates, etc.
• Analyze the competitive landscape for current and potential fund offerings
• In this role, the summer associate would work closely with investment professionals, finance, compliance and legal teams to build an in-depth understanding of the Apollo fund offerings, fund structures and investor objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Pursuing an MBA or JD/MBA (Class of 2026) with an excellent academic record and a demonstrated interest in finance through previous internships, jobs, and coursework
• At least two years of prior work experience in a related field
• A critical thinker with strong quantitative and analytical skills who expresses their thoughts and ideas clearly both in oral and written communications
• A collaborative thinker who can also work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, thorough and detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team orientation
• A proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude, powerful work ethic, strong attention to detail, and experience and comfort in Excel

Pay Range $120,000-$150,000 The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
