TAS Interns:
* Assist the team on all aspects of a buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagement deal (i.e. agenda writing, note taking
* Assist with analyzing historical financial statements and evaluating operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare
* Participate in client meetings
* Assist team with daily client workflow
Requirements:
* Anticipated graduation or degree with major in Finance or Accounting with the successful completion of multiple courses in both
* Leadership positions in extracurricular activities are looked favorably upon, as well as work and internship experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to learn in a face-paced environment
* General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The hourly rate for a Transaction Advisory Intern in New York is $36.
