2nd Processing/ Cut up Processor Controller day shift - Butterball, LLC : Job Details

This position is responsible for assuring that the production processes are defined, measured, and controlled. Essential Duties, Functions, and responsibilities:Assure Process Control Standards meet expectations. Monitor testing and development of products. Monitor shrink and yield results to identify opportunities. Assure compliance with all Safety/ Food safety procedures. Oversee raw material inspection positions as needed. Train hourly team members as needed when developing new processes and products. Re-train hourly team members in process control and quality tasks as needed. Maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours. Process product using tools and equipment provided. Follow all work safety policies and guidelines. Observe equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns. Adhere to all USDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) product standards and guidelines.
