Job Title: 2nd Shift AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a diligent 2nd shift Assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM at a rate of $18 per hour, with a $0.75 differential added once you transition to the 2nd shift. If training on the day shift is not feasible, alternative arrangements can be made for 2nd shift training.Hard SkillsBuild/Assemble: Operate various hand and power tools to build mechanical equipmentAssembly Drawing: Review assembly diagrams to determine parts and quantities needed to build units, as well as proper placementOverhead crane: Operate overhead crane to move larger unitsSoft SkillsAttention to detailTeamworkAdaptability to a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentFirst Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Possible Mandatory Overtime to 4:30 PM)Second Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM Mon-FriClean, organized, and large manufacturing floor.
