Duties/Responsibilities:

Working on an assembly line in the assembly of exterior, interior and storm doors to be transported to home building facilities in the assembly of manufactured homes.

* Review work order tickets to verify specifications of doors

* Ensure adherence to daily production building schedule

* Review part numbers on ticket to ensure accuracy

* Inspect parts for defects prior to assembly

* Remove any parts with defects and record on scrap tracking document

* Ensure work area is cleaned and organized

* Maintain work pace of assembly line

Qualifications

* Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.

* Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to Team Leader and Supervisor direction.

* Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.

* Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

* Teamwork - Balance Team and individual responsibilities.

* Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics

* Able use a tape measure for accuracy

Physical Demands

* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively

* Ability to be on your feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time

* Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive pushing, pulling, and lifting

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain pace of a Team
