2ND SHIFT BILLING CLERK - JBS Carriers : Job Details

**Description**BILLING CLERKHours: 3:00-11:30pmPosition Description:+ Bill loads within 30 minutes of receiving.+ Thoroughly check and proof export documents when received.+ Notify drivers when loads are ready.+ Update call list regularly.+ Checkout drivers when a guard is not available.+ Saturdays when the shipping shift works.+ Cross train with Export Clerk.+ Other duties as assignedQualifications:+ Strong organizational skills.+ High School diploma or GED equivalent.+ Previous accounting and office experience preferred.+ Excellent computer skills required.+ Communication skills- written and verbal including phone etiquette.+ Good work history including phone etiquette.+ Good work history including attendance.+ Team playerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
