2nd Shift Ecoat Loader / Unloader - Ventra Group : Job Details

Primary responsibility is the production of quality parts while maintaining rate.Goal is to safely deliver quality parts to customers on time.

2nd Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

• Load and / or Unload parts in Racks to go in to conveyor line to be painted.
• Reads process / work instructions and signs training logs.
• Performs jobs within operation of assigned work center.
• Uses Help Chain for equipment problems and scrap/quality issues.
• Follows ISO 14001 requirements per standards.
• Follows QS 9000/TS16949 requirements per standards.
• Works with team members / management staff to attain Company goals.
• Maintains 5S standards as they relate to housekeeping in the assigned work area.
• Reports any and all safety issues immediately to supervisor / team leader / management staff member.
• Maintains compliance to Company policies, work rules, safety standards and housekeeping policies.
• The associate is required to stand at all times while performing job functions.
• The associate is regularly required to talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Ability to regularly lift or move objects of up to 25 pounds is required

A high school diploma or GED is Preferred but not required. Previous experience running assembly or Manufacturing Job Preferred, but not required.
