Hiring Opportunity: Cleveland, OH (east of the airport) Our client is looking for a toolroom machinist with a strong tooling background. Our client is an industry leader in the metal stamping industry, providing services to the automotive, appliance, and building industries. The toolroom machinist will be in charge of supporting the toolroom department by programming and running manual lathes or mills. Ideal candidates will have machinist experience with lathes and mills. CNC experience is a plus. Job Requirements Responsibilities: - Making and maintaining progressive dies used in high volume stamping production. - Manual machining: - Using vertical mills. - Using lathes. - Using Surface grinders. - Using Drill presses. Qualifications: - 3+ years of Experience in machining - Manual lathes and mills experience - CNC machines experience is a plus
