Job Description :
DescriptionEssential Job Functions
  • Retrieve finished goods to be shipped from the assembly area and ship using proper systems and transactions.
  • Receive materials and place them into inventory using proper systems and transactions.
  • Transacting material movement into Epicor to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
  • Operate Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts.
  • Other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Loading and Unloading Semi Trailers.
Physical Requirements
  • Employees are required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Employee required to climb step stools/small ladders.
  • Workers are required to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Work may require bending or stooping.
  • Standing/Walking 8+ hours per day.
Knowledge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • Operation of material handling equipment (6 months - 1 year).
  • Understanding the importance of accurate inventory transactions.
  • Working with other departments leads to achieving goals.
  • 1-3 months related work experience
Skills
  • Previously trained, or able to be trained in the operation of material handling equipment.
  • Maintain quality service on all transactions and follow organizational standards.
  • Ability to use or be trained in the use of RF scanner and tablets.
  • Knowledge of product movement in and out of a warehouse.
  • Knowledge and ability to use ERP systems such as Epicor.
  • Basic Computer Skills, i.e. data entry, general knowledge.
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Operate basic hand tools, i.e. air drivers, wrenches etc.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
  • Good work ethic.
