If you possess:* A high school diploma or GED* Three months of related work experience* Current/valid forklift license* Ability to interpret documentsHuntercould be a great fit for you! Hunter was named a 2022 finalist for Best Places to Work award by St. Louis Business Journal.The Material Handler supports the cleaning of break areas, bathrooms, and other areas in the daily cleaning schedule.What you will do:* Observes and follows all safety rules* Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled* Use of cleaning supplies and equipment to perform custodian services and support facility cleanliness, including restrooms, break rooms, and offices.* May operate a blower to clear leaves and debris from outside break areas* May operate a machine to administer fuming to clear air particles* Maintain work area to sustain a clean and orderly environment* Ability to interact well with personnel throughout the facility* Positions parts according to the knowledge of the unit being assembled or following blueprints* Operates hand tools or portable power tools to assist in basic maintenance* Operate forklift to move materials and trash bins* Operate power pallet jacks throughout the plant* Operate manual pallet jacks throughout the plant* Operate floor cleanerAdditional Qualifications Include:* High school diploma or GED is required and 3 months of related experience and/or training* Must be forklift experienced and preferably previously licensed* Must be able to drive a floor-sweeping machine* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsHunter Fosters a Culture of:* Innovation & Continuous Improvement* Appreciation & Recognition* Advancement Opportunities* Pay for PerformanceSome Benefits and Perks Include:* Industry Leading Healthcare* Industry Leading Profit-Sharing Plan w/ Safe Harbor Contribution* Generous Paid Time Away* Tuition Reimbursement Program* Parental LeaveOur people come first as we aim for excellence.
