This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in driving our production processes and ensuring the highest level of efficiency and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. You will be a vital link in our company, ensuring our teams are working cohesively and our products are of the highest quality. Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule, and ensuring that the production is cost-effective.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers, reviewing their performance and identifying training needs to ensure production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Monitor product standards at various stages of production.
• Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.
• Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in production management and scheduling.
• Strong understanding and commitment to health and safety regulations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent team leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
