Job Description:Indrotec is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join the expanding QualiTech team in Chaska, MN!This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee production processes, machine operations, and manufacturing workflows while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. • Lead production teams to meet goals in efficiency, quality, and safety
• Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and boost productivity
• Train and develop employees while fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for safe food and feed production
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve product quality
• Conduct incident investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and team-building skills

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
