2nd Shift Production Team Member - LEAR : Job Details

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERVANCE, ALABAMA -TUSCALOOSA T1 PLANTThe Role:* Perform work according to established procedures and policies through teamwork* The Production Team Member is part of the Production department and reports to the Team Leader and/or Plant Superintendent.* Assure safety standards are followed at all times* Assure that quality standards are followed at all times* Adhere to the standard work instructions (SWI).* Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives.Adhere to 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards.* Achieve operator certification according to the plant certification process.* Participate in team meetings and understands performance goals and objectives.* Help to achieve team performance goals and objectives.* Follow ISO14001/TS16949 documentation including, but not limited to, SWI's, forms, work instructions, and procedures.* Actively participate in self-directed work team model.* Follow company rules and policies/procedures.* Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Participate in plant recycling programs.Location Code:Nearest Major Market: Tuscaloosa
