DescriptionDivision/Department: Food Safety and Quality ControlLocation: WorthingtonJob title: QA/Food Safety ClerkNonexempt Type of position: Full-time Hours: 2ND Shift (flexible as needed)Duties:* Process paperwork from the production floor* Typing data from NSIS program* Organize HACCP data* Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program* Prepare final reports from the data collected* Be able to analyze and trend data accurately* Be part of any internal/3rd party audits* Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports* Organize USDA reports* Any other duties assigned by management* Learn Food Safety Programs* Create reports and distribute to all departments* Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programsRequired skills:* Attention to detail* Organized and reliable* Confident in problem solving* Time management; Accuracy* Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge and good computer skills* Able to communicate verbally and in written form, with management team* Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)Requirements (if applicable)* High school diploma or equivalentResume requiredEOE/Vets/Disabled
